Electrical and Electronics Engineering Faculty Position
The Middle East Technical University, Northern Cyprus Campus, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Programs seek candidates for faculty positions at all ranks (Having a Ph.D. degree is a minimum requirement to apply). The positions are full-time and will be available from Fall semester of 2026 -2027 or on another mutually agreed date. METU-NCC is located in North Cyprus, in the Kalkanlı, Güzelyurt region.
The primary responsibility of the faculty member will be teaching Embedded Systems, Computer Architecture I–II, Digital Electronics, and core second- and third-year EEE courses. A commitment to high-quality research in these areas is also required.

METU-NCC is committed to high-quality teaching and a strong research tradition. The normal teaching load at METU- NCC is three courses (equivalent to nine hours) per semester. METU-NCC offers competitive salary packages and subsidized on-campus accommodation.
