Catalog Description : This unit is a continuation of PSYC 101. It aims to provide students with an introduction to basic concepts and research findings in the areas of developmental psychology, social psychology, personality, individual differences, intelligence and psychometric testing.
Objectives : The students are expected to:
- be able to gain an understanding of general theories and methods of psychology
- have a greater appreciation for the contribution which psychological research makes to our understanding of human thought, feelings, and behaviour
- be able to develop the ability to think critically

Attendance / Tardiness : Students are expected to attend classes. Attendance is worth 10% of the assessment
Class Paticipation : Your class participation will be closely monitored, and it will be taken into account in final grading.
Missed Exams or Assignments : No Make-ups will be given for missed exams, unless you have a valid excuse supported by a document(medical report, etc.)
